Jörgen first got in touch with Esvama as a customer and was drawn to the culture and freedom the company offered.

“There’s room for everyone to contribute, regardless of role. And every year we have a summer gathering where the whole family is invited – that says a lot about how close we are.”
He also values Esvama’s clear focus on sustainability.
“For example, we reuse plastic parts that would otherwise be discarded – making sure the material gets a new life again and again.”
When it comes to customer relationships, Jörgen says:

Ewa has been part of Esvama for over four years and highlights the trust and team spirit as what sets the company apart.
