What masterbatches do
A masterbatch is a small plastic pellet containing pigments or additives, mixed into polymers during processing. It provides colour, protection, and better processing behaviour.
Typical additives include:
- Black / White / Colour Masterbatch – Highly pigmented and UV-stabilised colour solutions compatible with common polymers like PE, PP, PS, and PET. Designed for consistent colour, durability, and easy processing in films, containers, automotive parts, and injection-moulded products.
- Slip Agents (S) – Reduce surface friction to make films unwind smoothly and moulded parts release easily. Improve handling in films, bags, and consumer packaging applications.
